In recent years,the consumption recovery in the retail industry is slow and the channel competition is fierce.In order to achieve new development,more and more brick-and-mortar retailers have started the transformation of the 020 model of online and offline integration.The management of working capital is a problem that can not be ignored in the process of enterprise transformation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the working capital management during the transformation of enterprises to the 020 mode.The research of this paper aims to provide some references for the working capital management of Suning cloud business and other retail enterprises undergoing and about to undergo the 020 transformation.In this paper,case study method is adopted to analyze and study the impact of the business model transformation of retail enterprises on the working capital management performance,point out the problems in the transformation and put forward relevant Suggestions.Firstly,relevant literature on working capital management and 020 mode is summarized.Secondly,it analyzes how the 020 transformation of a retail enterprise from the channel perspective affects the operation of the working capital of the purchasing channel,marketing channel and financial management channel of the enterprise,thus affecting the working capital turnover performance of the enterprise.Then,according to the research of Suning commerce,Gome was taken as a comparative enterprise to study the impact of transformation on their working capital,and the changes in their working capital strategies before and after the transformation.Finally,the conclusion was drawn that 020 transformation can improve the working capital management performance of Suning commerce.Through case analysis,the paper finally puts forward relevant Suggestions on marketing risks and poor user experience existing in the management of working capital in the transformation process of suning cloud business.
