In recent years,the development of Internet technology has become increasingly sophisticated and the number of users has increased significantly.With the rapid increase in the number of people participating in mobile shopping,Internet shopping has become a common way for consumers to shop.The development of traditional retail enterprises needs to take into account the combined effects of economic factors and policy factors.In recent years,the conveniences offered by online shopping have impacted traditional retail enterprises,causing their development speed to begin to slow down,and their operating conditions are facing many disadvantages.However,there are many unavoidable problems in online shopping.With the emergence of B2 C,B2B,and C2 C problems,e-commerce companies in China are beginning to realize that breakthrough measures are needed to solve the problems they face.Some retail companies have begun to Explore the path of change,eager to achieve a breakthrough through the new model,and the emergence of the O2 O model is the general trend.This article takes Suning Tesco as a case study object and analyzes the impact mechanism of the working capital management of a retail company transitioning to an O2 O model.The paper first analyzes the operating conditions during the transition period from the perspective of total operating revenue and net profit,and then elaborates the working capital structure of the company by analyzing the proportion of current assets to total assets and the proportion of current liabilities to total liabilities.On this basis,the three-dimensional evaluation system was introduced into the working capital management study.Through the analysis of profitability,risk,and liquidity,the performance of the working capital management was evaluated.Under the guidance of the three-dimensional evaluation system,combined with the management of channel working capital,The ideological and financial analysis methods form relevant evaluation indicators.This article observes the changes of Suning Tesco before and after the transformation,discovers the problems in the process of its transformation,and puts forward targeted recommendations.For the retail enterprises under the Suning Tesco and O2 O model to improve the working capital management level has certain reference significance.
