Working capital management is an important part of enterprise financial management,its key content is reflected in the use of funds and financing management,have a good working capital management can ensure the normal operation of enterprises in daily life,as well as the further development of enterprises.With the rapid development of the Internet,the activity of offline retail industry has obviously decreased.In addition,the rent increase rigidity,labor cost and other cost huge impact on retail sales,the rapid development of emerging enterprises,industry competition intensified adverse factors,such as the combination of offline and online Internet business business model(O2O)is gradually becoming the mainstream of the retail industry,the enterprise operating funds management what are the characteristics of the O2 O mode,what challenge is a hot focus in the field of financial management.This paper chooses Suning Yunshang as a case company,collects and organizes public data based on the guidance of literature theory.Through qualitative research and comparative analysis,it studies the characteristics of working capital management of case companies in O2 O mode from the perspective of management policies,factors and channels.The management policy is divided into two aspects: financing strategy and investment strategy.The factor perspective includes core elements such as inventory,accounts receivable and accounts payable.The analyzed indicators include inventory turnover days,accounts receivable turnover days,and accounts payable.Turnover days.The channel perspective is analyzed through indicators such as procurement channel turnover days,marketing channel turnover days,and wealth management channel turnover days.Through case analysis,the case company is obtained.After the transformation of O2 O by Suning Yunshang,the working capital management has the following characteristics:(1)The fundraising strategy is more active,showing: the absolute value of working capital is increased,and the proportion of current liabilities is increased;The inventory turnover days of the factor perspective decreased significantly,and the inventory turnover rate increased.(3)The marketing channel and procurement channel capital turnover performance improved significantly.Therefore,the O2 O model transformation has prompted Suning Cloud to continuously optimize the supply chain,and the performance of fund management has been improved from the perspective of factors and channels.However,at the same time,due to the large capital occupation of the supply chain,the system risk of the capital chain breakage has also increased.
