To improve the ability of independent innovation is the core of the national development strategy,and is the key to improve the comprehensive national strength. However,the current condition of independent innovation ability are not as good as people's except.As private technology enterprises become the most active role on the innovation stage,explore its' innovation dynamics problems and ascend its' independent innovation ability are the most pressing problem to enhance the ability of independent innovation and breakthrough the bottleneck of independent innovation.Based on the current features of private-owned enterprises for independent innovation,innovation motive for intermediary,this paper proposed the network embeddedness mechanism to enhance the ability of innovation.Firstly,on the basis of literature reviews,technology enbdededness impacts on innovation dynamics and independent innovation,from relational dimensions and structural dimensions.Then the dissertation introduces the environment dynamism which is proposed to have moderating effects on the relationships between network embededness and differentiation strategies.Furthermore,based on the private-owned technology enterprises of SUZHOU,this study tests the hypothesizes one by one that are proposed according to the final conceptual model by statistical regression methods,which involve following research processes:questionnaire design,data collection,variable measurement,assessment of reliability and validity,multivariable regression,result statement and discussion.On the basis of results above,the dissertation gives the suggestion to improve the independent innovation ability of private-owned technology enterprises.
