The rapid development of Internet technology has broken the boundaries between work and family,and work and family life have become more closely linked.The active interaction between work and family is one of the main factors that more and more people consider when choosing an employer.This is also the employee welfare that the organization needs to pay attention to now.Nowadays,the welfare system of most private enterprises has not been adjusted for a long time,and it is difficult to maximize the guarantee and incentive effect,ignoring the role of the employer brand that attracts and retains talents.Therefore,this study will explore the composition of welfare systems that are suitable for private enterprises and promote positive relationships between work and family,and secondly discuss the impact of their welfare systems on employer brand attractiveness.This study begins with the traditional scale development paradigm,from concept definition,generation of items,scale purification to verification scales to define the work-family welfare system and its four dimensions,namely flexible work arrangements,basic necessities,financial support and family care programs.Secondly,through the work-family enrichment as an intermediary,discuss the impact of the work-family welfare system on employer brand attractiveness.Two points of data were initially processed using analysis software SPSS22.0,reliability,descriptive and correlation analysis were performed,and the hypothesis was verified by combining confirmatory factor analysis and mediation Bootstrap method through analysis software AMOS21.0.Results have shown that flexible work arrangements,basic necessities,and family care programs have a significant positive impact on work-family enrichment;work-family welfare systems have a significant positive impact on the external attractiveness;flexible work arrangements,financial support has a significant positive impact on the internal attractiveness;work-family enrichment plays a mediating role in flexible work arrangements,basic necessities,family care programs and the external attractiveness of employer brands;work-family enrichment plays an mediating role in flexible work arrangements and internal attractiveness.However,the relationship between the financial support project work-family enrichment,the relationship between basic necessities,family care programs,and the internal attractiveness has not been verified.It also has not been proven that work-family enrichment mediates financial support and external attractiveness;work-family enrichment mediates clothing and food arrangements,financial support,family care programs and internal attractiveness.Therefore,the results provide reasonable advice to the company on the management system.First,managers should establish an awareness of family responsibility.Second,actively create an external employer brand image that focuses on employee work and family relationships.Third,strive to form the internal employer brand value of the harmonious culture atmosphere of the work and family life.
