With the rise of positive psychology and positive organizational behavior research, on the one hand, the focus of the work-family research gradually changes from conflict to enrichment. Work-family enrichment means that work experience improves the quality of family life. On the other hand, the research perspective of work-family enrichment gradually changes from only focusing on work factors or family factors to person-environment fit perspective. Based on that, this paper try to study the effect of organizational family supportive resources on work family conflict and work family enrichment from the work boundary flexibility perspective.To explore how organizational family supportive resources influence employees’ work family conflict and work family enrichment, we combine with work family border theory and form the boundary flexibility fit perspective to take work boundary flexibility ability as mediating variable and work boundary flexibility willingness as moderating variable. Firstly, after the detailed literature research, we find out how organizational family supportive resources influence employees’ work family conflict and work family enrichment through work boundary flexibility ability and creatively propose the moderating effect of work boundary flexibility willingness; Then, we put forward correlative hypotheses and do the pre-test of questionnaires. After collecting the formal questionnaires, we use the empirical approach to verify the hypotheses.The result shows organizational family supportive resources have a negative impact on the employees’ work family conflict and a positive impact on the employees’ work family enrichment, and the former effect is stronger than the latter. We also find that work boundary flexibility ability paly a mediating role in the relationship between organizational family supportive resources and employees’ work family conflict and also work family enrichment, and the former mediating effect is stronger than the latter. In addition, the result shows that work boundary flexibility willingness play a moderating role in the relationship between work boundary flexibility ability and employees’ work family conflict and also work family enrichment, and the former moderating effect is stronger than the latter. In this paper, the results of further discussion and analysis, provide some management advice for enterprises.
