In recent years, employees’work-family relationships have aroused the increasing attention and there is a gradually increasing trend about relevant researches in this field. Unfortunately, most previous researches about work-family relationships were restricted to negative side--work-family conflict, and on the positive side-work-family support climate and work-family enrichment is uncommon. Additionally, among the scant literatures on work-family enrichment, antecedent and consequent variables of it are especially understudied. In the existing literature, a few research could discuss work family enrichment in the view of positive atmosphere from work place, at the same time,a few research discuss the impact of work-family enrichment bring to psychological contract, especially competition became more and more exciting in the market. Pressure makes employee feel so depress when the organizational activities interference work-family life, which will affect work-family enrichment that the employee had felt, and then makes employee’s psychological changes and this change will have an effect on organization, so pay attention to supportive work-family atmosphere, enhance organizational understanding about the gain of work to families, thereby promoting staff towards a positive direction at the psychological level and reduce the incidence of invasive consciously. Integration of these positive aspects became a core point of this study.In this study, I take work-family enrichment as key variable, lucubrating how work-family support climate effect psychological contract violation through the path of work-family enrichment, and further to discuss how work-family support climate and work-family interference make an interactive effects on psychological contract violation. The research in this paper has practical and theoretical value:In theory, making a contribution to the positive side of work family relations and getting it more complete. In practice, these conclusions can play an important role in helping employers deal with work family relations of stuff better. The main innovation on design conception in the present research is reflected in division of variable level:these variables of work-family support climate and work-family interference were respectively divided into two levels:higher and lower, and analysis of four logical combinations (higher support-higher interference, higher support-lower interference, lower support-higher interference, lower support-lower interference) respectively interactive effect on work-family enrichment. Moreover, discussing which situation could have a positive impact on work-family enrichment and which one could not, attempting to get rid of insufficient that lack of detailed analysis of different situations in the previous studies.Questionnaire is used for collect data in this paper. Online panel that we choose is Sojump.com.This panel includes2.6million individuals across China, is frequently used for market research by multi-national corporations, and has been used in several research studies (e.g., Shaobing and Wenxia2010). This online survey was sent to more than2000members of this panel who were working on a full-time basis. Therefore, the quality and speed of data collection can be protected effectively.In the empirical analysis, I take SPSS20.0and Smart-PLS2.0as primary software. The first part, reliability analysis and stepwise regression analysis were tested in SPSS. The second part, the fit indicators of model were acceptable, which present that the model has good constructive validity. The third part, analyze effect aroused by different combinations.Based on the analysis above, this paper come to conclusion:1. Organizations should pay attention to work-family enrichment.2.
