Research On Improving The Financing Environment Of SMEs Based On Internet Supply Chain Finance

Small and medium-sized enterprises for the production and business operation with small scale,low credit foundation and lack of financial management system,cash flow problems,cause the information asymmetry between the situation with the bank.Banks to reduce risk to improve the threshold of the small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain financing,have restricted its development.Small and medium-sized enterprises(smes)is a mainstay of the real economy,help them out of the financing predicament is of great significance to the sustainable development of the economy.At home and abroad in recent years,studies have shown that using the supply chain financing model can effectively alleviate the problem of asymmetric information between small and medium-sized enterprises and Banks,improve the financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises.With the rapid transition of Internet technology,the Internet supply chain finance arises at the historic moment,is the third phase of supply chain finance development.Compared to the supply chain finance,supply chain finance as a result of the technology to improve Internet in lower financing costs,improve financing efficiency,regulatory capital flow to supply chain and reduce the overall risk of supply chain and so on all have certain advantages,but rely on Internet technology also makes the operation risk existing in the financing process and improve the technical risk,credit risk is still exist at the same time,how to better control to prevent these risks is the unavoidable problems in the development of the Internet financial supply chain.In this paper,by applying the method of literature review,first by reading a large number of the literature of supply chain finance,sort out the concept and characteristics of supply chain finance,financing model and related theory,summarized the characteristics of supply chain finance three development stages,explain why the financial supply chain can improve the financing environment of small and medium-sized enterprises,lead to the third stage of supply chain finance development,the Internet supply chain finance,lay a theoretical foundation for the following study;Then use game analysis method based on supply chain financing mode of the advance payment,considering the influence of Internet technology,the introduction of the Internet platform,analysis of Internet Banks and small and medium-sized enterprises in supply chain finance,banking and the game behavior of the Internet platform,summed up the Internet under ideal assumptions the advantage of supply chain finance compared with the traditional supply chain finance,think that the Internet financial supply chain still exists various risks in the financing process,should be combined with the practical application to study the risk prevention and control measures;Finally using the case analysis to the typical cases of application of the Internet financial supply chain,leather city financial research,case subject overview,leather city financial platform background and business model,based on the analysis of case effect,carries on the quantitative analysis of the financial risk of the case body,inductive case of risk control system,the paper proposes some Suggestions to improve leather city platform for financial risk control,summed up the case for improving the guiding significance of small and medium-sized enterprise financing environment.
