Supply Chain Finance Operation Mode And Revenue Game Analysis Of Electric Business Enterprises

Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are an important part of China's economic structure.They play an important role in economic development,but they often have financing difficulties.Solving the financing difficulties of SMEs is an important task for the government and the whole society.With the development of Internet finance and e-commerce,the supply chain finance model based on e-commerce platform emerges and develops rapidly.Supply chain finance model takes e-commerce enterprises as an important platform,breaking the old "bank +enterprise" traditional financing model,which can provide financing for different enterprises in the whole supply chain,and at the same time is conducive to improving the capital returns of the main body,expanding the scope of business,and increasing operational flexibility.Jingdong(JD)is one of the earliest,the most mature and the most perfect e-commerce platforms to develop supply chain finance.Jingdong Supply Chain Finance relies on Jingdong's own strong logistics advantages,customer advantages,platform advantages,technological advantages,launched a series of supply chain financial products in the community has played a good response,has been widely praised by enterprises and financial institutions.The main issues of this paper are the operation mode of supply chain finance in E-commerce enterprises,and the profit situation of each participant in the profit game analysis.Therefore,Jingdong is selected as a typical representative of e-commerce platform,and the supply chain financial operation mode based on e-commerce platform is analyzed by using case study method,game theory analysis method,comparative analysis method,PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method.A more comprehensive analysis.The highlight of this paper is that Shapley value model and risk-corrected Shapley value model are constructed based on Shapley value game theory for the supply chain financial model of electronic commerce,and the profit game analysis is carried out from the quantitative point of view for each subject,which is relatively rare in previous studies and has made some supplements to the relevant fields.At the same time,through the comprehensive use n of a variety of research methods to analyze the macro and micro environment,development conditions,internal and external competition,advantages and disadvantages and characteristics of e-commerce supply chain finance,compared with the existing literature,the angle selected is broader and the analysis is more comprehensive.By comparing the three-party cooperation e-commerce supply chain financial model with the traditional financing model,we can find that the e-commerce supply chain financial operation model is obviously superior to the two-party cooperation model.Because of the characteristics and advantages of the E-commerce supply chain finance model,its development scale will be expanding and its development potential will be continuously enhanced,which will be able to meet the new requirements of today's social and economic development.The government should take measures to create a standardized legal environment,promote the construction of credit reporting system,and enhance support.The e-commerce platform should also strengthen the integration of resources,strengthen technical ability and personnel training,so as to promote the further development of supply chain finance.
