This study was prepared through investigation of the effect of team conflict on job satisfaction at IT Company and Hospital in Madagascar.In order to achieve the objective of the study,an online survey questionnaire which is a primary data was chosen to collect the data.The target population of the study was 400 participants in the both organizations.Of the 400 participants who got questionnaires,a total of 366 employees responded to the online questionnaire,giving a response rate of 91.5%.Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression linear analysis.The study revealed that reveal that(1)team task conflict was negatively connected to employee job satisfaction;and(2)team relationship conflict was negatively connected to employee job satisfaction,which in turn,(3)learning orientation strengthened the connection between task conflict and job satisfaction,(4)except the hypothesis(2b)-learning orientation strengthened the connection between relationship conflict and job satisfaction was not supported,(5)and(6)performance orientation weakened the connection between task and relationship conflicts and job satisfaction.The key implication of the findings is that team work-related conflict is bad for organizational outcomes owing to cross-cultural diversity.
