The paper of 19th CPC National Congress tells that talent resource are the most important strategicresources to aim national development and win initiative in the international competition.In the age of knowledge economy,knowledge workers which carry with knowledge and technology become the most important and innovative in the enterprises.The cultivation and management for the knowledge workers directly impact on the future of the enterprises.Peter F Drucker who was the American management guru proposed the concept of Knowledge worker for the first time on 1959.He believed that we should attach great importance to the training of knowledge workers,the training and education would help these knowledge workers grow up rapidly.In this age,more and more enterprises realize the importance of training staff.Training can not only arouse potential energy,but also improve quality and keep the competitive advantage of the enterprise.However,training is a kind of investment behavior,therefore to pay attention to knowledge workers' training and also the effect of training,find out the factors that influence the training and the influence degree of combined effects,to measure the degree of knowledge workers' skill and behavior change after training.This paper regards the knowledge workers in G company as research object,On the foundation of reviewing relevant documents aboutemployee trainingand influencing factor of training effect and the model of effect evaluation,introduces the related theory of knowledge worker,explains the characteristics and demand of knowledge workers.Through literature and investigation,and analyses the question through exploratory factor analysis and step wise multiple regression analysis.This paper generalized three factors which influenced the knowledge workers'training effect:individual factors and organization factors and design factors.At the same time,this paper also noticed that different age and sexual distinction and educational background and duties also caused different training effect.The following conclusions through analyzing:Individual factors has the biggestinfluence on knowledge workers'training effect,organization factors and design factors are in the next place.Then age and educational background also had an obvious effect.So,this paper provided 10 countermeasures based on four aspects:individual factors and demographic characteristics?design factors?organization factors and training evaluation.It is the expected that this research can give some significant guide for the training of knowledge workers in the new era.
