The real estate industry is China's pillar industry,and maintaining its long-term coordinated development is an important means to enhance China's economy.The development of the real estate industry also has a chain effect on the surrounding relying industry.Therefore,research on the real estate industry is of great significance.In addition,real estate is a capital-intensive industry.The long-term capital recovery and large investment amount puts higher demands on the level of corporate working capital risk management.Vanke Real Estate is a leading enterprise in China's real estate industry.In recent years,it has focused on commercial residential development.The net interest rate and the rate of decontamination have ranked first in the real estate industry for many consecutive years.Behind the eye-catching achievements,its applied working capital risk management model plays an important role.Along with changes in the market environment,many uncertain factors have increased the risk of working capital.Based on the theory of risk management and the reality of enterprise research,this paper takes the supply chain perspective as the starting point and studies the risk management of Vanke Real Estate from different aspects such as wealth management,procurement,production and sales.Firstly,based on the analysis of the theoretical support needs of Vanke Real Estate's working capital risk management,the literature on domestic and international working capital risk management was collated and summarized.Subsequently,the supply chain theory and the analytic hierarchy process were introduced,and qualitative and quantitative methods were combined.Then,starting from the current situation of the fund risk management of Vanke Real Estate,this paper analyzes the risk points of all aspects of the supply chain and explores the existing problems in the management of working capital risk,such as low supply chain financial coverage and production lag.The financing channels are limited,and the influence of national policies is large.Various methods such as fishbone diagram analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to identify and evaluate each risk,and to explore the root cause of the risk.Therefore,it proposes targeted optimization suggestions for Vanke Real Estate to further improve the working capital risk management system.This paper also hopes to provide a reference for the optimization of working capital risk management system of other real estate enterprises in China through the analysis of Vanke Real Estate's working capital risk management,improve the efficiency of working capital management of real estate enterprises in China,and create a new situation of working capital risk management.
