Enterprises must focus on the management of working capital to run their business well.Poor circulation of working capital will cause huge problem in outflows.If this condition continues,enterprises will face the danger of bankruptcy.Therefore,enterprises must attach great importance to the performance of working capital management,so as to keep the long-term development of enterprises healthy.For many companies,the assessment evaluation system of working capital management performance does not perfect,thus resulting in a lower corporate working capital efficiency.Now working capital management theorists try to add the thought of supply chain into working capital management performance evaluation,assessing working capital management performance in different supply chain steps,looking at all aspects of the management of working capital,then focus on the improvement of working capital management efficiency.This new theory system needs to be applied in practice to promote the development of enterprises.However,the effect of different enterprises in different industries is different.Currently,China's housing prices is extremely high,the development of real estate industry is growing fast,the state takes macro-control on the real estate industry,many real estate enterprises go bankrupt because funding strand breaks.Working capital management is very important to the healthy development of the real estate industry,and the development of the real estate industry also occupy an important position in the development of China's economy.The paper sums up and discusses the problem and limitation in the traditional working capital management performance evaluation method.We think that the new model of supply chain-oriented working capital management performance evaluation system can help to solve the problem,so the new method needs to be promoted and practiced.This paper adopts the method of case study and case comparison and selects two representative real estate enterprises on a fairly scale as research object to study the real estate industry working capital management performance.By using the new model of supply chain-oriented working capital management performance evaluation system,compare,we can analysis and evaluate the working capital management performance in different steps in the supply chain between two companies,then put forward new measures and new methods of working capital management.We hope to provide reference and experience to other real estate enterprises in using the new evaluation system,and promote new supply chain-oriented working capital management performance evaluation system in real estate enterprises.And we hope to realize the benign development of real estate industry and China's economy.Finally,the paper reviews the performance evaluation system of the supply chain-oriented working capital management,and explains the positive significance of this approach,and provides suggestions for the promotion of the system in practice.
