With the development of social and economic,knowledge economy has gradually become the main force to promote social and economic development.At the same time,with the progress of technology,the barriers to resources,technology,products and prices of enterprises are getting smaller and smaller,and the human factors are becoming more and more important in the development of enterprises.Therefore,the competition and management of talents among enterprises has become a hot topic in modern enterprise management.In order to attract excellent talents,Enterprises should tap the potential and wisdom of employees and improve their management.Employees’ work enthusiasm will ultimately enhance their sense of belonging and satisfaction with the enterprise.People-oriented management ideas are gradually accepted by the enterprise.However,how to better quantify the satisfaction of employees,how to improve the people-oriented management idea of enterprises,and how to improve the satisfaction of employees,has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.As the middle-level leader of Y City mobile company,I deeply feel that if an enterprise or even a department wants to achieve excellent performance,the most important thing is to improve employee satisfaction and enhance employee morale.With my own perspective and perception,combined with domestic and foreign satisfaction theory,through in-depth interviews and satisfaction questionnaires,the employee of Y City Mobile Company is full.Meaning degree is studied and analyzed,and some suggestions are given to improve the satisfaction degree of Y mobile employees.Y City Mobile Company is a branch of China Mobile Communications Group in Y City.Based on the investigation and study of employee satisfaction,this paper analyses the factors affecting employee satisfaction in the daily management of Y City Mobile Company,and puts forward corresponding promotion strategies in order to improve employee satisfaction.This paper analyses and evaluates the satisfaction degree of Y mobile company,which provides a tool and method for comprehensively understanding the mentality of Y mobile company employees,how to effectively motivate employees,enhance their work enthusiasm and satisfaction,and improve the management thinking of Y mobile company.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the management of state-owned enterprises and institutions similar to Y City mobile company.
