As information technology applications continue rapidly widening,with the access system for virtual operators and nongovernmental capital in the field of basic telecommunication facilities,it caused the increasingly fierce competition in the industry.Competition is not only in the market level,it is also reflected in the communications industry's Talent contest.This paper takes Zhejiang Mobile Corporation as an example,with the Zhejiang Mobile Corporation network department as the research samples,using the questionnaire survey method to obtain first-hand data about employee satisfaction,combined with depth interviews,then analysis the current situation and the important dimensions of Zhejiang Mobile Corporation network department employees' satisfaction and the main causes of low satisfaction.Occupation development,work reward and the enterprise system is the main dimensions for network employees' low satisfaction.At the same time,network department carries on the 7*24 hours working operation with the fast updating technology,but the distemperedness of the promotion and training system,the irrational rules for payroll system and performance appraisal,The lack of occupation planning are the main causes.According to research results about the main dimensions and factors of employee satisfaction,this paper will put forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to provide constructive help to the sustainable development of the Zhejiang Mobile Corporation Network Department staff and the whole company.
