Analysis Of Working Capital Management Based On Channel Management Perspective

Working capital plays a very important role in the development of the company.It is not only the guarantee for the normal production and operation of the enterprise,but also the source of power for the economic benefits of the enterprise.With the rapid development of the market economy in recent years,enterprises are constantly exploring and innovating the working capital management model.Guided by the channel management theory,the classification of the working capital of the enterprise can improve the management level of the working capital of the enterprise and significantly improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.In view of this,it uses the methods of literature analysis,case study and comparative analysis in this paper,which selects F Company as the object of study.At the same time,the working capital of operating activities is reclassified on the basis of the theory of channel management,which also combines the management of working capital with various business processes.Furthermore,it discusses and analyzes the present situation of the working capital management in this paper through the comparison and analysis with the leading enterprises and the enterprises with the same level.As a result,it is found that there are some problems in F Company,in which the proportion of prepayments in purchasing channel is too large,the management of funds in production channel is not standardized,and so on.It then analyzes the causes of these problems in this paper.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of working capital in all channels of F Company.As for the working capital management data of relevant operating activities,it collects and obtains from the enterprise annual report,field research and other channels.LED industry as a high-tech industry has a great prospect of development in the market,which attracts more and more small and medium-sized enterprises to join in,so the market competition is increasinglysevere.It is necessary for enterprises to have more scientific and reasonable working capital management as well as make technological innovation at the same time if it wants to stand out from the competition.Thus,what enterprises should do is to fully combine working capital management and business process from the perspective of channel management,and scientifically classify working capital by channel.In addition,it should identify the problems existing in the management of working capital,so as to improve the ability of the management of the working capital of the enterprise.
