Research On Operating Capital Management Of DD Company

Working capital is the foundation of the normal operation of the enterprise,and it is a key project that the management of the enterprise pays attention to.Having an appropriate amount of working capital can make the enterprise operate for a long time.At present,due to the rapid development of the economy,market competition has intensified,and there are many uncertainties in the development of enterprises.It is not uncommon for the company’s capital chain to break or even go bankrupt due to poor working capital turnover.Therefore,working capital is equivalent to the lifeline of the company.Enterprises are also more and more aware of the importance of working capital for the sustainable survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the management of working capital so as to better adapt to the needs of the market environment.This paper is divided into four parts to carry out a comprehensive and systematic study on the working capital management of DD company.Firstly,expounds the research background and significance of this article,collates the research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on working capital management,introduces the research content and methods of this article,and then draws out the innovation points of the paper.Secondly,the paper introduces the theory of working capital,explains the limitation of traditional working capital management,and points out the importance of working capital management that introduces channel theory.Then the present situation of working capital management of DD company is analyzed,and the problems of working capital management of DD company are obtained,which are system level,information level and management efficiency level respectively,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the working capital management of DD company:to strengthen the management awareness of working capital management;Improve the construction of the company information management system;We will improve management of management channels for business activities.It is hoped that through these improvement measures,the efficiency of DD’s working capital management can be improved.Through a comprehensive analysis of the working capital management of DD company,this paper integrates the channel theory into the working capital management of DD company.The purpose is to improve the working capital management level of DD company,both from the theoretical point of view and from the practical point of view.
