Research On The Current Situation And Cultivation Of Information Literacy Of New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Jiangxi Province In The Process Of Urbanization

In 2010,the State Council put forward "new generation of migrant workers" as a proper term for the first time in document No.1 of the Central Committee,which made various industries have a wide understanding of the concept and generated a great deal of heat.At the same time,according to the Report on Monitoring and Investigation Of Migrant Workers in 2017,the new generation of migrant workers born in 1980 and later accounted for 50.5% of the total number of migrant workers in the country and gradually became the main body of migrant workers.As a special social group under the dual social structure of urban and rural areas in China,the new generation of migrant workers have quietly completed the intergenerational transformation.The new generation of migrant workers have made important contributions to China's rapid economic growth,but they have not been fully accepted by the society.Under the environment of rapid information development,their own development is facing major challenges.Therefore,it is self-evident that it is important to improve their information literacy in the environment of global information development,which is also one of the essential conditions for them to integrate into the city.This study through the domestic and foreign in the information literacy research data,and carries on the screening and the use to it,takes this as the theoretical premise.the new generation of migrant workers in Jiangxi province is used as the research object,and the specific data collection and arrangement are carried out,and the multilevel random sampling and the questionnaire survey are used.The descriptive analysis method and the correlation analysis method are used in the statistics,and the independent sample T test is used.The variance of multiple linear regression methods are combined.The results of this study are as follows:(1)Individual characteristics: The new generation of migrant workers have little difference in gender.Their age is mainly between18 and 30 years old,and their educational background is mainly at the level of senior high school(technical secondary school).Their occupation is gradually moving from construction and manufacturing to accommodation,catering,wholesale and retail related industries.Their employment in flour is becoming more and more extensive,and their income level is mainly between 1,000 and 3,499 yuan.At the same time,the main reason why they work in cities is not only to earn money,but also to want better development.(2)The status of information literacy: in terms of comprehensive level,the sensitivity of information is improved greatly,the awareness of information application is weak,the awareness of information needs is increasing,but the information needs are not satisfied,and the opportunities of training are lacking.From the point of view of information knowledge,knowledge is relatively limited and there is no continuity of informationknowledge;in terms of access to information,the channels of access to sources are increasing,but the level of trust in the information obtained is low,the access to information technology is still relatively inadequate,and the ability to obtain information is relatively limited;in terms of information utilization ability,the use of information software and skills is relatively high,but the grip of relatively complex skills is still relatively inadequate.At the same time,the use of information feedback,poor evaluation,and poor utilization of the results are not satisfactory;in the aspect of information morality,the understanding of the laws and regulations of the Internet is relatively weak,the information ethics is still to be improved,and the information security is better done.(3)Influencing factors of information literacy: Through multiple linear regression and single factor analysis,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of information literacy,and concludes that gender,cultural level,monthly income level and occupation are the main factors influencing information literacy.The specific conclusions are as follows: cultural level affects information awareness;Cultural level and occupational influence information knowledge;Cultural level and gender influence information acquisition ability;Gender,education level and monthly income level affect the ability to use information.Gender and cultural level affect information ethics.The higher the cultural level,the stronger the overall information awareness,information knowledge,information acquisition ability,information utilization ability and information ethics.There are significant differences between different genders in information utilization ability,information acquisition ability and information ethics variance test.On the whole,men's information acquisition ability is higher than that of women,while men's information utilization ability and information morality are lower than that of women.People with different cultural levels have significant differences in information awareness,information knowledge,information acquisition ability,information utilization ability and information morality in variance test.People with different monthly incomes have significant differences in information utilization ability and variance test of information morality.(4)The countermeasures of cultivating information literacy are studied.According to the conclusion,from the government,the society and the new generation of migrant workers themselves to put forward targeted recommendations,so as to improve their information literacy.
