| Since entering the21st century, the phenomenon of migrant workers has become a focusof the government, society and academic circles concern problem. Urban migrant workers is amajor issue in the current process of social construction in China, especially in the currentpractice of scientific development in China, to build a harmonious society at a macro level, tostudy the current situation of the urban migrant workers, good system design anddevelopment outletsbecome increasingly important and necessary. Based on this, the authorcombines Wan Town, Dongguan City, in the case of migrant workers to practice, study on thestatus and development of a way out of the city of migrant workers in China to find out thereality of the situation, analyze the cause of the problem exists on the basis of the proposedcorresponding strategies and measures, hoping to help Wan Town, Dongguan City, as well asthe issue of migrant workers in China’s scientific development.The first part of this paper introduces the research background, significance, researchstatus, research methods and content to lay the foundation for the below research.The second part of this article is on the concept of the urban migrant workers, evolution,characteristics of urban migrant workers status and important role. Urban farmers work forthe Chinese market participants, the builders of urbanization, industrialization promoters, hasbeen an important part of the working class in China, an important driving force for China’seconomic and social development.The third part of this article is focusing on a survey of the status of the Wan Town urbanmigrant workers. I take surveys and interviews, basic million Jiang Zhennong migrantworkers, the survival of the status quo, and conducted a detailed analysis of the developmentneeds essential to find out million Jiang Zhennong migrant workers veins Road.The fourth part of this paper, the related investigation, described the main problems incurrent Wan Town urban migrant workers, and analysis from migrant workers, employers,government departments, legal system construction.The fifth part of this article, proposed strategies and measures of the current citydevelopment outlets migrant workers: First, the issue of migrant workers into the national andlocal economic and social development planning; gradual reform of migrant workershousehold registration system, and accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas;improve the social security system to safeguard the economic interest of the labor of migrantworkers; fourth is to strengthen education and training to enhance the skills of migrant workers and overall quality; five is to improve the social and political status of migrantworkers, the strengthening of helping and humane care; Sixth, strengthen the socializationbuilding, explore new mechanisms of Protecting Migrant Workers work.Finally, conclusions are drawn for this study. |
