A Study On The Influence Of New Urbanization On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The new urbanization and the new generation of migrant workers are not only the two major themes of the times,but also to promote the economic development of Jiangsu province and social transformation of the big wheel of the two.People's urbanization is the core of the new urbanization,which help to promote industrial upgrading,equalization of social frastructure and public services,improve the ecological environment and the impact of the migration of the new generation of migrant workers.At the same time,the new generation of migrant workers returning to the new urbanization is the booster,Small and medium cities of Jiangsu province need dynamic and experienced new generation of migrant workers.Retuming migrant workers can alleviate the problem of "empty nest" and"stay-at-home children" in urban areas,and promote the improvement of economic structure,democratic political structure and cultural life structure.Therefore,the government need to solve the problem is how to make use of the new urbanization opportunity to attract the new generation of migrant workers to return.The use of "push and pull" theory and population migration theory,the analytical framework of "big city(outflow)-small towns(inflow)",the use of the new generation of migrant workers in the big city(resident population of more than 5 million workers in Jiangsu membership)as the research object,from the two aspects of theoretical and empirical research on the impact of new urbanization on the new generation of migrant workers' willingness to return.This paper adopts questionnaire,interview and two logistic statistical methods to determine the index factors that influence on the new generation of migrant workers will return the new urbanization;on this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of small towns in the new urbanization.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is to clarify the meaning and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the meaning of the new urbanization,and put forward the theoretical basis of this study,namely the "push pull" theory and the theory of population migration.The second part:This paper summarizes the basic limitations of traditional urbanization index system,according to the "new urbanization in Jiangsu province and the integration of urban and rural planning(2014—2020)" build the index system of a set of new towns;through foreign workers out of the new generation of migrant workers and interview the literature summary to the new generation of migrant workers return reason;analysis of the relationship between the new urbanization and the new generation of migrant,workers back to their.The third part:According to the construction of impact indicators for the new generation of migrant workers will return the new urbanization of the third chapter is the analysis of the theory,including nine factors:the per capita disposable income of residents,the Engel coefficient,affordable housing built,the unemployment rate,Suiqian children receive compulsory education,the proportion of basic medical insurance coverage,per million people in the hospital bed number,city air quality reached the national standard,the ratio of built-up area green coverage area.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis using two logistic regression models to further verify the impact of the new urbanization on the new generation of migrant workers' willingness to return.Then draw the following conclusions:Urban per capita disposable income of urban affordable housing built in volume,the unemployment rate,Suiqian children receive compulsory education,the proportion of air quality compliance rate for the new generation of migrant workers return intention significantly;Engel coefficient,social security,every million people have affected the number of beds,green coverage rate is not significant.The fourth part:On the basis of the above analysis,from strengthening industrial support,improve the employment ability,strengthen the affordable housing construction,optimizing the ecological environment four aspects,puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of the new urbanization.
