In recent years,with the marketization of interest rates and the lowering of the threshold for private capital entry,the competition in the banking industry has become increasingly hot.In particular,the government announced hat the market access of the financial industry will be greatly reduced.In the future,rural commercial banks will not only face the problem of high-quality customers flowing to large state-owned banks and city commercial banks,but also face the market competition of private rural banks and upcoming foreign banks.How to design An effective employee incentive system to improve the enthusiasm of bank employees and maintain their strong industry competitiveness has become a very necessary topic of discussion.Hengyang SR Rural Commercial Bank was restructured in 2016 by the former County-level Rural Credit Cooperatives Association.It is a county-level legal person financial institution.The bank's outlets are located in urban and rural areas.The main customers are farmers,individual industrial and commercial households and small company in the county,etc.With the success of the restructuring,the bank's profitability has steadily improved,but some internal ills still restrict thefurther development of the bank.For example,the management mechanism such as employee compensation and assessment methods is unreasonable,and there is no guidance on the career development of employees.The content of vocational training lacks planning and practicality.Through the comparison study of incentive theory,combined with individual interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,this paper finds the problems of the research object in the employee incentive mechanism,and combines the motivation theory and the actual situation of the research object to target the occupation.The main issues in the three aspects of development,compensation and benefits,and training system have put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to help Hengyang SR Rural Commercial Bank to activate its human resources potential and improve its industry competitiveness.At the same time,I hope that the research in this paper can provide some reference for the optimization of employee incentive mechanism of other rural commercial banks of the same type.
