The article takes A-agribusiness as the main research object,mainly based on questionnaire survey method and interview communication method,comprehensively uses literature research method and mathematical analysis method,The article takes A-Nongshang Bank as the research object,and uses Herzberg's two-factor theory as the main theoretical tool.It is based on the sample questionnaire and individual interviews.The literature research method and statistical analysis method are used comprehensively to combines theoretical foundation with enterprise reality,and conducts systematic research.Through a large amount of empirical data,the status quo of A-NPC's employee incentives is displayed as intuitively as possible,reflecting the employee satisfaction of the bank's various incentives.Herzberg's two-factor theory is used to analyze the employee's incentives.The bank has problems and deficiencies in employee incentives,and starts from three aspects:improving the importance of attention,improving health care factors and strengthening incentive factors,and proposing countermeasures for the problems of A Rural Commercial Bank.The research is divided into seven parts:The first part elaborates the research background and research significance of the article,introduces the main research contents,research ideas and research methods of the article and briefly reviews the possible innovations of this research.The second part defines the related concepts,explains the concept of incentives,and introduces and analyzes the basic content,research results and applications of Herzberg's two-factor theory.The third part analyzes the status quo of A-agricultural bank employee incentives through field research,analyzes the basic situation of A-agribusiness bank,employee incentives and incentives,and collects the changes of A-agribusiness bank personnel during the four years from 2015 to 2018.Situation and analysis of group characteristics of employees of the bank.In the fourth part,through the questionnaire survey,the satisfaction of A-NPC bank employees on the incentive measures of the Bank was collected from the aspects of salary and welfare,performance appraisal,individual needs and personal development.Through the interviews of individual employees,A-agribusiness bank was employed.Employees and former employees have real thoughts and opinions on employee incentives for the bank.The fifth part is based on Herzberg's two-factor theory analysis.It is found that A-agricultural bank has incomplete health care factors in employee incentives,low salary level,unstable staff struc:ture,imperfect incentive factors,unfair performance evaluation,and low employee enthusiasm.Single,lack of positive spiritual incentives,lack of corporate culture,lack of organizational cohesion and other issues.The sixth part puts forward the emphasis on the problem,moderately raises the salary level of employees,increases the care welfare policy for employees to compensate for the dissatisfaction caused by the lack of health care factors,improves the performance appraisal system,and strengthens the positive spirit of employees.Incentives,enrichment of training content,establishment of a sound corporate culture to strengthen incentives and other countermeasures and suggestions,and improve the employee incentive mechanism for A Rural Commercial Bank.The seventh part summarizes the research conclusions of the article,self-analysis of the existing shortcomings,and proposes future research prospects.
