In order to achieve its own sustainable development,Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank has set up the ‘innovation transformation' strategy,and is striding forward towards a modern bank.In order to ensure th e realization of bank goals,the rational optimization of marketing business is very important.Therefore,it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of the problems e xisting in the selection,motivation and training of marketing staff of Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank,and to establish a scientific selection,motivation and training system.On the basis of consulting the relevant research results of selection,training and incentive,this paper establishes the research framework of this paper combined with the internal information of Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank.At the same time,through case studies,questionnaires,comparative studies and other methods,through the dat a obtained,further scientific analysis of the problems existing in the selection,motiv ation and training of marketing staff of Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank,and then put forward targeted and effective optimization suggestions.This paper finds that the current selection,training and incentive system of marketing staff of Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank can not sustainably support the realization of the bank's overall strategic objectives.It has strong traditional color and does not meet the scientific requ irements of modern human resources management.The main problems in the selection,train ing and incentive of marketing staff in Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank are as follows: unsystematic selection planning,marginalized career,insufficient effectiveness of incentive incentive,backward training mode of incentive form,formalized training system,etc.Based on the analysis of the causes,some suggestions for optimization are put forward.
