Rural Complex Planning And Practice Exploration

With national policy tilt to the key point of the development of the agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the rural agriculture primary products such as traditional agriculture industry park has been gradually couldn't keep up with the ever-changing market development,traditional approaches cannot adapt to the economic development of the new normal fusion industry upgrade and the need of overall development,a new mode of regional economic development,rural complex.This paper adopts literature research method,normative research method and interview analysis method,takes Xiaocheng village as the empirical object,studies and explores the rural complex theory,as well as the problems and development ideas existing in planning and practice.The main conclusions and contributions are as follows:First,through the analysis of relevant concepts,the connotation of the rural complex is deeply interpreted,and the four values inherent in this development model and the four principles to be followed in the planning are innovatively pointed out,which promotes the cognitive depth of the connotation of the rural complex.Secondly,taking the first batch of national rural complex projects as the reference,according to the different core attractions,the rural complex in China is divided into four modes: culture-driven mode,industry-driven mode,landscape driven mode and factor-driven mode.The study found that the development mode of rural complex in Xiaocheng village has its own characteristics: it is driven by characteristic industries.At present,a management and operation mode based on the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and traditional Chinese medicine health preservation industry has been established,with the participation of multiple subjects,three levels of income generation,three times of realization and common benefits.Third,town village,although the flow elements,community reformation,industrial integration has made remarkable achievements,but also faces such problems as incomplete planning,publicity is not in place,in the future from the talent team construction,to strengthen the propaganda,planning adjustment aspects,upper management and the improvement of the operating mechanism,to promote the healthy development of the region.
