Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has made remarkable achievements,but the rapid development of the economy has also brought many problems.The continuous deterioration of the ecological environment and the unreasonable use of energy have aggravated the contradiction between human and land.How to coordinate the relationship between economy,society and nature has become an important issue in the study of contemporary economic development.At the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed that we should vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China.For the first time,we should upgrade green development to an important development concept at the national level.The proposal of green development concept can solve many problems in the realization of regional sustainable development in China.Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,it Belongs to ecologically fragile areas.The contradictions between economy and ecological environment,economy and resource utilization are prominent,which are the main factors that restricting the regional sustainable development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.Therefore,this paper analyses the competitiveness of industrial green development of 16 cities of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,the purpose is providing basis and reference for realizing green development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.On the basis of in-depth analysis of relevant literature on industrial green development,combined with the regional development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,this paper constructs the index system of industrial green development competitiveness of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on TOPSIS model of entropy weight,the competitiveness of industrial green development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is measured,and the ecological environment subsystems and economics of each region are separately measured.The competitiveness of economic development subsystem and resource utilization subsystem are measured,and the competitiveness of the green development system and the three subsystems of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration are classified and expressed in space by using the natural breakpoint method of ArcGIS.In order to better understand the status of green development of regional industry,then it analyses the space-time evolution characteristics of green development competitiveness of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration industry.The results show that there are unreasonable industrial structure problems in most areas of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,which lead to excessive energy consumption and destruction of ecological environment,and make the contradiction between man and nature prominent;from the characteristics of time evolution,the competitiveness of the overall industrial green development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is constantly improving,but showing fluctuating characteristics;from the characteristics of spatial evolution,the spatial distribution law of industrial green development competitiveness presents an unbalanced development trend as a whole,and the spatial difference is significant.Among them,the "dual core" competitiveness of Chengdu and Chongqing is prominent,and the "central depression" development trend appears in the middle zone.
