Research On Performance Evaluation Of Express Logistics Enterprises

The rapid development of e-commerce has made online shopping a new consumption habit,and the express logistics industry has also developed.Due to the rapid development of express logistics industry,express logistics enterprises have received increasing attention,and their operating efficiency and service quality have become the focus of national and social attention.Therefore,how to ensure the healthy and orderly development of express logistics enterprises has become a problem that company managers must solve.Especially at present,environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Many enterprises have pursued economic interests blindly and neglected the social responsibilities that should be fulfilled.This has adversely affected the long-term development of enterprises and is not conducive to the normal operation of the social economy.Therefore,we need to carry out objective analysis on express logistics enterprises,conduct in-depth research on their performance level,help the management to understand the current situation of the company,find out the problems existing in operation and management,adjust the development strategy of the enterprise in time,and formulate the development plan in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.Evaluating the performance of express logistics enterprises is not only conducive to the long-term development of enterprises,but also conducive to government management and help.This paper mainly studies the performance evaluation of express logistics enterprises,and the research object is express logistics enterprises.Firstly,the relevant theories are expounded from three aspects: express logistics enterprises,corporate social responsibility and performance evaluation methods.Then this paper analyzes the current situation of express delivery logistics and its existing problems,combines the background of the new era,introduces the social responsibility dimension on the basis of BSC,and builds a performance evaluation index system for express logistics enterprises.Finally,the paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct an empirical study on express delivery logistics enterprises.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is theoretical research.Firstly,the paper makes a literature review on the domestic and foreign researches on the performance evaluation of logistics enterprises and express logistics enterprises.Secondly,it briefly introduces and summarizes the theory of express logistics enterprises,the theory of corporate social responsibility and the method of performance evaluation.The second part is the index system research.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of express logistics enterprises.According to the characteristics of express logistics enterprises and the principle of evaluation index construction,it introduces the social responsibility dimension on the basis of BSC,and then through Delphi method to screen indexes,it constructs the performance evaluation index system of express logistics enterprises.The third part is empirical research.First of all,this paper analyzes the general situation of S company's operation.According to the performance evaluation system of express logistics enterprises,the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the performance level of S company,and the performance grade of S company is obtained.Finally,according to the results of comprehensive evaluation and analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of S Company and express logistics enterprises in order to improve the performance development level of the whole express logistics industry.
