Corporate society responsibility is the focal point of the whole world in century 21.Domestic and foreign scholars has not defined the meaning of unity on corporate socialresponsibility. We are especially lack of a national conditions of China on corporate socialresponsibility performance evaluation system. The purpose of this paper is to establish aset of corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system from the actualsituation of China's enterprises, and to provide the theoretical basis and practical guide forcorporate social responsibility. The paper include the following text:First, the paper will introduce the origins, ideas and methods of the research aboutcorporate social responsibility, sort out the progress of the research about the domestic andforeign corporate social responsibility, and lay the theoretical foundation for this paper.Second, the paper will define corporate social responsibility connotation based onthe perspective of stakeholders, analyze the feature and scope of corporate socialresponsibility more further, describe the theory basis and necessity of our corporate socialresponsibility, and point out the status of building our corporate social responsibility.Third, We build corporate social responsibility performance evaluation frameworkbased on stakeholder theory, construct the corporate social responsibility performanceevaluation system according to the seven stakeholders: employees, shareholders,consumers, suppliers, communities, governments and environmental resources, and useAHP to determine corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system weights.Fourth, We do empirical study for the TQ companies by using that corporate socialresponsibility performance evaluation system, understand the performing status of TQcorporate social responsibility through investigation, analyse the weak links of TQcorporate social responsibility performance, and explore the real path of upgrading TQcorporate social responsibility performance.
