China was the first country to discover,grow and use tea trees.As early as 1,500 years ago,Chinese tea was sold to Eurasia through the Silk Road on the land.Today's world trade of tea is divided into two major categories of black tea and green tea.In recent years,China's tea production and area has been the world's first,but its tea export status is not matched with its tea development history and domestic tea production scale,Chinese tea The output is close to half of the world's tea production,while China's tea exports account for only about 20% of the world's tea exports,and black tea exports account for less than 3% of the world's black tea exports.In 2013,China proposed "the Belt and Road" strategic development plan,which is undoubtedly a major opportunity for the development of China's tea foreign trade."the Belt and Road" includes 65 countries and regions,and 54 countries import Chinese tea,but these have tea drinking habits.Most of the countries and regions drink black tea,and mainly import black tea producing countries such as Sri Lanka,India,and Vietnam.China's tea export opportunities and challenges coexist.With the help of "the Belt and Road" policy,we can expand China's tea export market,and we can re-explore China's tea sales market.While doing domestic sales,we will actively go out and improve the quality of Chinese black tea and improve Chinese black tea through technical exchanges and cooperation.International competitiveness,through cultural exchanges,enhance the brand awareness and influence of Chinese tea,and further consolidate the monopoly position of Chinese green tea.Based on the research of the predecessors' literature,based on the theoretical basis,Chapter 3 analyzes and compares the trade changes and current situation between China and other major tea-producing countries in the world.Chapter 4 uses panel data to analyze the countries along "the Belt and Road" and In the regional tea market characteristics,Chapter 5 uses the Porter Diamond model to analyze the factors affecting China's tea exports along "the Belt and Road" countries and regions.The conclusions are as follows: First,The overall competitiveness of China's tea exports is not strong.The emerging world's tea production and export powers such as India and Vietnam are leaps and bounds.China's overall international competitiveness has increased in recent years,but its growth is slow,and other teas in the world.Compared with Sri Lanka,Kenya and India,the major producing countries have different competitiveness and are in a competitive disadvantage.Second,the competitiveness of different teas is very different.China's green tea has an absolute competitive advantage in the world,while black tea has weak competitiveness.There are many obstacles to development.It is not an opponent of strong black tea exporting countries such as Sri Lanka,Kenya,India,and Vietnam.However,countries and regions along "the Belt and Road" are more keen on drinking black tea.Third,they must market their market development and focus on Southeast Asia.Develop green tea and black tea markets,develop red and green tea markets for Central Asian countries,and develop tea deep processing products for developed countries such as Russia.It is necessary to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry,integrate with the international community as soon as possible,improve the domestic sales and improve the quality and price of tea exports,use "the Belt and Road" strategy to implement,vigorously promote the health effects of tea,promote the export of green tea and specialty tea along the line,expand green tea and specialties.Tea market share,speed up the R&D and application of tea deep processing,aim at the target market,actively market,export the group,build international famous brands of tea,reshape the image of Chinese tea,open up the national and regional markets along "the Belt and Road",and expand the scale of China's tea exports.
