Analysis On Supply Chain Problems Of Apparel Enterprises Under Internet Plus Environment

With the rapid development of the world economic integration,the competition among enterprises is gradually increasing.The Internet-based economic model plays an important role in China at present.Faced with fiercely changing and unpredictable consumers' market,the traditional supply chain model of apparel enterprises is correspondingly slower and more negative.Therefore,optimization on supply chain is rather important for apparel enterprises.This dissertation focus on the supply chain of apparel enterprises under Internet Plus environment.And the goal is to optimize supply chain management and to improve the sales performance of apparel enterprises finally.Internet Plus represents a new social form.The deep integration of the internet and the traditional apparel industry can create a new development ecology.This dissertation makes an in-depth analysis of the supply chain problem of A company under the Internet Plus environment.A company is one of the first international apparel companies to enter the Chinese market.Its supply chain management is representative in the industry.This dissertation analyzes the problems in R&D management,demand forecasting,procurement management,inventory management and logistics management in supply chain management of A company.Meanwhile,combined with the opportunities and challenges brought by the Internet Plus by using the relevant theories of supply chain management,the dissertation proposes feasible solutions to various problems faced by A company,and has certain reference significance for the development of other apparel enterprises.
