| With the development of economic globalization,the competition of textile and apparel market is becoming increasingly fierce.The diversity of consumer demand and increased R&D investment have brought new challenges to the textile and apparel enterprises,and the drawbacks of its traditional push supply chain model continue to emerge.However,challenge means the opportunity at the same time.The continuous development of the service industry has made the integration of manufacturing and service.Service manufacturing transformation has become a new proposition of the development of the manufacturing industry,and it also brings new ideas for the textile and apparel enterprises to improve the level of market competition.As the key technology,supply chain coordination has become an important problem to be solved and discussed in the process of service manufacturing transformation of textile and apparel enterprises.The paper takes H textile and apparel enterprise as the background.First of all,on the basis of analysis of the supply chain model of H textile and apparel enterprise,the paper summarizes the problems what supply chain model of H textile and apparel enterprise exist and analyzes the causes,and then suggests that the supply chain model of H textile and apparel enterprise needs to implement transformation of service manufacturing.Then,the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of service manufacturing transformation of H textile and apparel enterprise.Based on the reconstruction of research and development,manufacturing,retail and other sectors of existing supply chain operation mode of H textile and apparel enterprise,the paper constructs its service manufacturing model,and describes the mode's participants and service content.Next,the paper analyzes the key factors of supply chain coordination under the service manufacturing model,and puts forward the idea of coordination that it can start from inside of supply chain composed of fashion designer,fabric and accessory supplier,H textile and apparel enterprise,and clothing retailer and outside faced to the consumer demand,which is based on production process and consumption process of product service system,and then summarizes three kinds of methods,including strategic partnership,information sharing and profit distribution,to coordinate the supply chain under the service manufacturing mode.Finally,the paper constructs the supply chain coordination mechanism based on the three methods.The paper argues that the maintenance of strategic partnership lies in the construction of trust mechanism.And thus it builds a coordination mechanism based on strategic partnership through contract and its implementation to strengthen muttual trust.It achieve information sharing through the improvement of external communication channels with consumers and the establishment of internal information sharing platform.By discussing the profit distribution problem between fashion designer,fabric and accessory supplier,H textile and apparel enterprise,and clothing retailer,it constructs the profit compensation mechanism based on the effort level and the effort cost,and constructs the punishment incentive mechanism,which provide guarantee for the coordinated development of textile and apparel supply chain.In this paper,the research on service manufacturing transformation of H textile and apparel enterprise,especially its coordination of supply chain,provides the thoughts and experience for the transformation of service manufacturing of our textile and apparel enterprises,and thus help it to achieve rapid response and provide customized service,and then gain a competitive advantage. |
