Research On Internal Control Problems And Improvement Measures Of Financial Sharing Center

In recent years,with the rapid development of market economy in our country,the development speed of insurance industry in our country is very rapid,and the branches of insurance institutions under its jurisdiction have greatly increased and the coverage has become wider.This phenomenon reduces the working efficiency of the financial organizations of insurance institutions.With the increase of operating costs,the traditional financial management model of decentralization has been unable to adapt to the trend of the times,and began to seriously hinder the development of the company.In view of this situation,the scholars concerned have overcome the defects of the traditional financial management mode by studying the more optimized financial sharing center model.At present,the financial sharing service center has been widely concerned by the domestic group companies.As one of the fastest-growing domestic market-oriented companies,A insurance company has taken the lead in implementing centralized financial sharing management throughout the country,and has achieved important results.Although the application of financial sharing mode can make up for many shortcomings of the traditional financial management model,such as inaccurate information,poor efficiency,confusion,disunity of data and so on,in the actual operation process,There are also many internal control problems in the mode of financial sharing center,which may lead to some operation and management problems due to the change of risk points,poor information communication,imperfect control activities,personnel management problems and other internal and external factors.For example,accounting internal control problems,these internal The control problems of the department also appear in the financial sharing center model of A insurance company.Based on the theory of enterprise internal control and financial sharing mode,this paper takes Company A as an example to study and analyze the concrete implementation measures of the management mode of financial sharing center within the company.It is found that there are six problems in the financial management mode of A company,such as internal control environment,risk prediction and so on.Then,in view of these problems,this paper formulates the corresponding solutions.The research results of this paper are applicable to the internal control problems of other enterprises in the application of the same type of financial sharing model,and provide reference management suggestions for the group companies of the financial sharing model,so as to promote the better development of the company.
