Study On Food Safety Government Supervision In Catering

With the development of social economy,people's need for food has changed a lot.They need good and safe food now instead of eating their fill in the past.The transformation has both confirmed our country's change of social economy and showed the grave situation of food safety.As the catering industry with the most impact on people's livelihood in the tertiary industry,the government must ensure the catering safety.The problems in grassroots catering industry are complicated and changeable.In order to improve the government's supervision system of catering safety at the grassroots level and ensure the local food safety,we should analyze the problems about the food safety at present,find out the reasons and propose measures to solve these problems.This paper takes Huai'an District,Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province as an example.We analyze and study the government supervision in this area.We read and sort out lots of document literature both here and abroad,consult the asymmetric information theory and externality theory,make use of the way of inductive deduction and field method.Combining the present situation of the government supervision in Huai'an District.we analyze the lack of standardization of catering food operating agency,the defect in supervision department and the insufficient participation in social supervision.We also analyze the imperfection of supervision system,the poor self-discipline of catering industry,the morbidity of the construction of talent team,the insufficient guarantee of financial funds and the backwardness of supervision idea.With the ripe experience of some developed countries such as the USA,Japan and Singapore,we propose many right measures and advice that are suitable for the catering safety of this area,including implementing the main responsibility,improving security system of supervision ability and supervision and law enforcement system.The aim is to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the government supervision for food safety in this area.
