Research On Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of J Food Company

Competition in the 21 st century is no longer just the individual competition between enterprises,but the competition between supply chains and supply chains.If enterprises want to gain competitive advantage,they need to establish long-term and stable cooperative relations with suitable suppliers to create a win-win situation together.This puts forward very high requirements for the evaluation and selection of suppliers in enterprises.As a small and medium-sized food enterprise,on the one hand,J food company is facing fierce market competition,on the other hand,it is in the stage of rapid development.The quantity and scale of purchasing are expanding day by day,and the requirements of purchasing are increasing day by day.How to build a scientific and reasonable supplier selection evaluation system to ensure the effective supply of raw materials has become an important issue to be solved urgently.This paper analyses the current situation and problems of supplier selection in J food company.It is found that there are some problems,such as incomplete supplier evaluation index system,poor dynamic,unscientific supplier selection method,and imperfect supplier selection mechanism.This paper constructs a complete supplier selection evaluation system.Firstly,the importance of supplier evaluation and selection for J food company is discussed.Then through the combination of domestic and foreign related research,further clarify the purpose and significance of this study,and lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the index system.Secondly,the supplier evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects: product quality,production and supply capacity,after-sales service,cost and benefit,and enterprise environment,and the evaluation index is analyzed and quantified.Thirdly,on the basis of J food company's consideration,the evaluation method system is established by analyzing and comparing the supplier methods,and the combination method of supplier evaluation,namely the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method,is put forward.The method was applied to the supplier evaluation of J food company Finally,the established supplier selection evaluation system is applied to the supplier selection of J food company.The case study demonstrates the establishment of supplier evaluation system,the application of evaluation method and the whole process of supplier selection,and realizes the transition from theory to practice.
