China is gradually entering the post-industrial society,the internal conditions to promote development have undergone profound changes,and the economy has entered the new normal.With the rapid fission of technology,the rapid change of market and the rapid intensification of competition,the most realistic challenge for private enterprises is to stand at the height of secondary entrepreneurship and get rid of the original extensive development.Carry out fine management.XTGL company as a boiler manufacturing enterprise,has a good reputation and status.However,at present,the market competitiveness of enterprises has a downward trend,and the turnover rate of employees tends to increase,partly due to the problem of performance appraisal system.It is necessary to fundamentally promote the enterprise The core competitiveness of the original performance management on the basis of fine adjustment,scientific reform.This paper carries on the research with the idea of finding,analyzing and solving the problem,combining the theory and demonstration,referring to a large number of performance management literature and materials,and according to the current situation of XTGL Company,through a questionnaire survey.The data collection is carried out by interview with all levels of the company,and the problems and causes in the current performance management scheme are summarized and analyzed according to the actual situation of the company.The traditional performance evaluation method is to carry on the single evaluation in the finance,the marketing and so on.In the new performance management improvement plan,I use the current latest performance management method goal and the key result method train of thought to combine the traditional The balanced scorecard defines the objectives and key results of the enterprise,abstracts the key results and matches them into key performance indicators,and then completes the evaluation through the key performance index method,and implements them in the performance management plan of the company.The feedback and application of the results are optimized and improved in each process.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the scheme,the corresponding safeguard measures are planned at the organizational,institutional and cultural levels,which provides a solid backing for this set of performance management improvement programs.This scheme can help XTGL company to optimize the original performance management program and help it to achieve the strategic objectives efficiently to enhance its core competitiveness.The characteristic of this paper is to locate the strategic goal of the company with the idea of OKR,to find out the key results related to the strategic goal of the company within the framework of BSC,and to refine the key results into KPI indicators for performance evaluation.Compared with the previous performance management scheme,it is more practical.However,there are still many shortcomings,such as the indicators and weights in the scheme still need to be tested and adjusted in the future practice of the company.
