Study On Government Supervision Of Food Safety In Rural Priv Ate Kindergartens

Campus food safety is not only related to the health of students,but also to the happiness of many families,social stability and the future of the country.To the food safety problems of(also kindergarten),supervision departments of government at all levels corresponding issued many measures to defend campus food accidents,but those problems happened again in some parts of the school students recently,such as drinking expired milk,eating moldy rice food,which caused a heated debate online,then the government paid close attention to them.In view of this,this paper mainly focuses on the rural areas where the government has the weakest supervision power of campus food safety,and studies the problems existing in the government supervision of food safety in rural private kindergartens,taking L county of Guangxi the Zhuang autonomous region as an example.This paper combined with the L county rural public kindergarten affiliated kindergarten(elementary school)and rural private kindergarten canteen aptitude,layout and dining hall,health workers,such as the simple case of comparison research,think the government regulators from personnel of course of food safety knowledge training should be strengthened,accelerate the implementation of industry admittance system,strengthen the daily inspection and management;Secondly,based on the investigation on the cognition and behavior of parents of rural private kindergartens and the masses around kindergartens on the food safety of kindergartens,the author believes that the government supervision department should guide the canteen to realize"Bright Kitchen and Bright Stove",express supervision and report channels,and guide the media,third-party departments and the masses to participate in the supervision of food safety in kindergartens Last visit relevant government regulators to access to relevant data,combining with the former in the face of rural private kindergartens canteens,practitioners,and the research of the students' parents,on the basis.
