Reserch On Food Safety Supervision In Rural Circulation Of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County

The frequent food safety incidents in recent years have raised people's expectations of improving the level of food safety supervision.Among the supervision of various fields of food circulation,the rural circulation field is often ignored by food safety supervision departments due to its location in rural areas outside the public view,and social supervision is also the weakest.Therefore,the supervision of food safety in rural circulation field has been a difficult point in the past when the three departments of industrial and commercial administration bureau,food and drug administration bureau and quality and technology supervision bureau were separated.Now the integration of the three departments has been completed,and the market supervision has opened a new mode,and the food safety supervision has ushered in a new opportunity.It is of great significance to explore the food safety supervision mode in the rural circulation field under the new situation.In this background,this thesis to Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as "Qinglong County")and market administration as the research object,based on domestic and international food safety related theory,using literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,empirical analysis and comparative analysis method,analyzes the Qinglong County rural circulation of food safety supervising actuality,and points out that the problems include excessive fake food,insufficient conditions of food operators,incomplete law enforcement force coverage and low level of supervision technology.On the basis of the advanced management experience at home and abroad,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from four aspects: improving the market environment of rural circulation,strengthening the power of supervision department,perfecting the supervision system of food safety and giving play to the role of social supervision.It is hoped that the study in this paper can improve the level of food safety supervision in the rural circulation area of Qinglong County,and it will be helpful to carry out relevant work in other regions.
