In recent years,the coordinated development of China's e-commerce and express logistics has been deepening,which has promoted the rapid development of the express delivery industry,but there is still a big gap compared with developed countries.As one of the outlets of Yuantong Express Co.,Ltd.,KL Express Company was established in 2018.After the unremitting efforts of the whole company,it has become the largest outlet of Yuantong Express in Nanning.This paper uses the corporate strategy theory and related analysis tools to systematically analyze KL Express.The study found that KL Express's market environment is highly competitive,and the market scope is limited by the planning of the head office,which can play a small space.However,with the continuous increase in government policy support,it has also provided many development opportunities.In combination with KL Express'^own development status and the strength of competitors in the industry,KL Express needs to adjust its strategy and must re-plan its future development strategy.According to the analysis of the external environment and the utilization of internal resources,it is proposed that KL Express should implement a growth strategy in the future,that is,continue to improve resource utilization,strengthen its own superior resources,and carefully deal with the threats caused by the changing market environment,and strive to become a market.The largest courier company within the scale.According to KL Express's market positioning and strategic objectives,the company still chooses growth strategy as its corporate strategy,and intends to develop into a modern management logistics express company in Taoyuan District,Nanning.In terms of business layer strategy,the company plans to implement a total cost leadership strategy.Firstly,through the reform of the company's business model,accelerate personnel training,save labor costs,and reduce overall company operating costs;secondly,by subdividing the target market,deep penetration of the target market,complete the three-dimensional service system of the company.In order to ensure that KL Express successfully completes its strategic goals,while improving its hard power,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of soft power,deepen the company's value concept and help the company's corporate culture.At the same time,relying on industry information network technology,set up company system and standardized operation and service process,through scientific management and control,to create a professional team and modern logistics company,to promote the company's sustainable development at a higher level,and thus realize the future of KL Express Company Vision.
