With the gradual development of the world towards economic globalization,China's financial market is also undergoing earth-shaking changes.Since the reform and opening up,the domestic financial market has also accelerated the pace of reform.In this case,as an emerging industry,the development of insurance industry is also rapidly advancing,expanding the types and scope of its products.Opportunities bring challenges.After seeing the huge potential of the development space of China's insurance market,many foreign insurance companies also want to get a piece of the market in China,which further intensifies the competition in the insurance industry.Under the tremendous impact and challenge,the competition between insurance companies has gradually evolved into talent competition.As the cornerstone of the stable development of insurance companies,marketers are the first-line employees who have direct contact with the insured and are responsible for developing the market and creating performance for insurance companies.Their comprehensive personal qualities will directly affect the external impression of the company and the building of the company's brand image.Their business ability will directly affect the company's operating income and the company's performance level.At present,the market demand for marketing personnel is growing rapidly,which has virtually lowered the threshold for marketing personnel to enter the property insurance industry,resulting in poor quality of property insurance marketing personnel.For example,in order to improve their performance,marketers often resort to concealment and deception of consumers to pull insurance policies.Such behavior makes the social evaluation of property insurance industry marketers negative influence.At the same time,the professional quality and job skills of the marketing staff of insurance companies have a direct impact on the development of the company's business and the benefits of the enterprise.In order to have a unique competitive advantage in the fierce competition,we must use training to improve the overall quality of marketing personnel,strengthen their business capabilities,and promote the growth of enterprise efficiency.The research object of this paper is T Property Insurance Company,whose market share has been in the forefront of the province since the establishment of its branch in S Province.Although the company's performance is constantly developing and the training work has been carried out,there are still many problems.The training work is far from meeting the expectations of leaders and employees.Under the current situation of insufficient supply of insurance professionals,how to design an effective and practical training system and ensure the full play of the training function in accordance with the actual situation of T Property Insurance Company is an urgent problem for T Property Insurance Company to build a high-quality talent team.In this context,this paper first introduces the basic situation of T Property Insurance Company,including the general situation of the company's development and the situation of existing marketing personnel,and preliminarily understands the overall situation of the company in the training of marketing personnel,and as a reference,designs and issues a questionnaire.After statistical analysis of the survey results,it is found that there are many problems in T property insurance company marketing personnel training system,such as lack of in-depth pre-training research,lack of strong learning atmosphere,lack of pertinence of training content and rigid training methods.Then,starting from the development strategy of T Property Insurance Company and combining with the actual situation of the company,the general idea of optimizing the training system for marketing personnel is clarified.According to the principles of optimizing the design,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:carrying out training needs analysis for marketing personnel,grading and classifying personalized training,establishing good training ideas,creating a strong learning atmosphere and strengthening the training.The training system of T property insurance company's marketing personnel is optimized from several aspects,such as the construction of the teaching staff.Finally,design the implementation of safeguards to help optimize the program can be carried out effectively.Mainly from creating a good training environment,accelerating the construction of training system informatization,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of marketing personnel training to ensure the smooth implementation of the training system for marketing personnel.This paper expects to study the actual situation of T property insurance company's marketing personnel training system on the basis of relevant theories,understand its development status,challenges and difficulties,and then find out the existing problems of its training system through questionnaires and other ways,and propose targeted improvement programs,so as to enhance the overall quality of the company's marketing personnel and improve the company.The aim of comprehensive strength is to provide experience in the design of marketing personnel training system in the same industry.
