| Currently,building an Ecological Civilized Society,rationally exploiting territorial space and optimizing the pattern of territorial space development have become an important strategy to safeguard our national ecological security and achieve sustainable development,and an important component to enhance our comprehensive strength and achieve sustainable development.The vast territorial space has resulted in obvious differences in terrain,natural conditions,resources and environmental endowments in different regions of China.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the process of urbanization is also accelerating.Rapid urbanization has brought a series of problems.How to coordinate the relationship between urban development and limited land supply and achieve sustainable development has become a hot research topic.To carry out suitability evaluation of territorial spatial development,optimize the pattern of territorial spatial development and promote regional coordinated development are the core issues of current development.Scientific and effective territorial spatial planning will effectively improve the comprehensive benefits of regional economy,society and environment.In this paper,Panzhihua is taken as the research area,Panzhihua districts and counties as the evaluation unit,drawing lessons from the second-level comprehensive evaluation model,based on land and space development constraints,current development level and future development potential three dimensions of evaluation.Firstly,it summarizes the research status of land and space development at home and abroad,and analyses the current situation,characteristics and problems of land use in Panzhihua.Then,referring to the standards of"Two Assessments"of Spatial Planning(Multi-conformity)and"Key Points for Preparing Provincial Land Spatial Planning",and considering the actual situation of the study area,18 evaluation indicators were selected reasonably to construct an evaluation index system for the suitability of Panzhihua land spatial development.Entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each index,and then multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the three dimensions of development constraints,current development intensity and future development potential,and weighted dynamically to get the land and Space Development Suitability score of Panzhihua.Finally,using ArcGIS natural breakpoint classification method,the constraints of territorial space development,the current level of development,the future development potential and the suitability of territorial space development are classified.Results:(1)the two-level comprehensive evaluation model combined with the dynamic weighted summation algorithm can get more objective evaluation results;(2)the constraints of land and space development in Panzhihua from high to low are:Yanbian County>Miyi County>Renhe District>West District>East District;the current development level from high to low is:East District>West District>Renhe District>Miyi County>Yanbian County;the future development potential;The order of force from high to low is:East District>West District>Renhe District>Miyi County>Yanbian County.(3)The suitability degree of land spatial development in Panzhihua from high to low is as follows:East District>West District>Renhe District>Miyi County>Yanbian County.In this paper,get the following conclusions:(1)The land use types of Panzhihua are diverse,among which forestland,cultivated land and grassland are the main ones,accounting for 87.55%of the total land area.The intensive degree of rural construction land is low,and the per capita occupation of rural residential land is191.70 m~2,which exceeded the per capita construction land standard in the Standard for Village Planning(GB50188-2007).(2)The constraints of land and space development in Panzhihua range from 0.0005 to 0.2665;the current development level range from 0.0055 to 0.3475;and the future development potential range from0.0554 to 0.2605.(3)The suitability value of land and space development in Panzhihua ranges from 0.3274 to 0.6085.The degree of suitability of land and space development is divided into three levels.The first level of suitability is the East District,the second level includes the West District and Renhe District,and the third level includes Miyi county and Yanbian county. |
