In daily management of enterprises,behavioral indicators are generally set to work attitude,coordination ability and cooperation ability.From the practical operation of assessment,behavioral indicators are hard to quantify,especially the attitude indicators.Most enterprises define and assess the attitude indicators in a careless and abstract way based on one snidely factor.For example,according to the employment policy of the unit,the experience accumulated in the daily personnel management process,and referring to some more authoritative performance appraisal systems,and the experience of setting the performance appraisal attitude index with the industry personnel.Despite the effects of context,cognition,past experience and so on,attitude is a key factor in behavior.In performance appraisal,as an item to be evaluated,behavioral indicators are easy to observe and measurable.Is therefore,this paper tries to through the development of a set of evaluation indicators,to accept the validity and stability test,using factor analysis from the dimension of the behavior attitude can be derived from the assessment index,form the attitude assessment indicators.By indirectly observing the work behaviors of grass-roots employees that have an impact on performance results,sorting out the list of behavioral factors,analyzing and summarizing,extracting behavioral assessment indicators,and using the design ideas of likert scale and thurston scale,the 5-level scale of behavioral assessment indicators was prepared.With the help of SPSS software,the validity of the scale was tested by T test method,and the reliability of the scale was tested by correlation analysis method.The indexes with poor accuracy and reliability were discarded to obtain the behavior assessment index scale of grass-roots employees with universality within a certain range.In the second stage of the experiment,factor analysis was used to extract attitude dimensions and form attitude assessment indicators.So far,the research has obtained a set of performance appraisal behavior-attitude indicator design method that has been verified experimentally,with clear operating standards and objective verifiable index results,providing reference for the setting of indicators for performance appraisal of Chinese enterprises.
