One Financial Group, as a multiple service group including insurance, banking, investment consolidation, closeness and multiple financial business. The group has lots of advanced information system in order to support R&D and selling.In recent5years, serious situation has already appeared in association management of information system, various system failures emerged in endlessly, faulty times and frequency are both rising, which brought many bad effect for business. Although the group took many ways, it is in bad control and only temporary action instead of final solution, so this action cannot satisfy system stability target in case of any fault.According to above background and situation, we chose the group information system as a sample in this thesis, analyzed system failure frequency and distribution, and then dig out the root cause and found that the group is lack of perfect relation estimated management system. The key point of this thesis is building perfect information related system, use the idea of BPR and OC, combine the group current flow and situation, this thesis showed3strategies including "Creating Constraint-Based Collaborated Flow (CBCF)"building System Correlation Assessment Group (SCAG)""building Tutor-Experience Library Sharing (T-ELS)" so as to solve the various problem which existing in relation estimated process, to reduce system failure largely.This thesis follows the frame of "problem analysis and solution", adopt structured qualitative and quantitative analysis. Introduced CBCF and SCAG in this thesis is new concepts and terminology, and have been fully verified in practice. Introduced concept and strategy of relation management which has universality and generality, can provide valuable reference to all IT&non-IT company.
