In recent years,with a large number of foreign clothing brands entering the Chinese market,domestic small and medium-sized clothing enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and shocks.As a small and medium-sized private garment enterprise,M company,facing the dilemma of enterprise development,recognizes that only by strengthening enterprise management and enhancing core competitiveness,can it occupy a place in the complex and changeable market competition.Employees are the soul of enterprises and the first factor of production of enterprises.Therefore,human resource management is a very important part of enterprise management,and the garment industry is one of the main industries providing export earnings and employment posts in China.Therefore,it has significant practical significance to study the human resource management problems and Countermeasures of garment enterprises.Small and medium-sized garment enterprises are facing enormous pressure of survival,which makes business managers usually pay more attention to marketing links.Human resources management,as a key factor related to the sustainable development of the company,is often ignored by managers.Because of this,M company has many shortcomings in human resources management.In order to improve the efficiency of human resources management in M company,this paper takes the development of human resources management in M company as the research object,and studies and analyses the existing problems and seeks countermeasures.Firstly,through the analysis of human resource management in M company,the paper uses questionnaire survey and interview to find out the problems and make a research and Analysis on them,so as to clarify the importance of optimizing human resource management.By communicating with the company’s top managers,department heads and human resources management workers,we can rationalize the human resources management optimization ideas of M company.Finally,according to the actual situation of M company,combined with the theory of human resources management and drawing on advanced experience at home and abroad,try to explore the human resources management countermeasures applicable to M company.Aiming at the problems faced by M company’s human resources management,this paper clarifies the causes of the problems,optimizes M company’s human resources management,and improves the company’s operational efficiency and competitiveness.It is hoped that some pertinent and feasible improvement suggestions put forward in this paper will be beneficial to the human resource management of M company and garment industry. |
