Study On Garment Processing Enterprise Quality Management System

After years of reform and opening up policy, there are many opportunities and challenges for garment processing enterprises. Facing the new situation, getting a certain market share in the fierce market competition for survival and development by using suitable quality strategies and improving the competitiveness is urgent and critical.For this reason, this paper mainly studies the establishment of quality management system for NJ garment processing enterprise, including the following aspects. Firstly, this paper discusses the theory basis of the quality management system by first analyzing the quality management and quality management system. Secondly, this paper concretely analysis the present situation and characteristics of NJ garment processing enterprise quality management system, and puts forward the existing problems and reasons. Thirdly, after analyzing the management system, this paper discusses the main course and methods of planning, preparation, operation, evaluation and continuous improvement, and explores the establishment of enterprise quality documents, the controlling of unqualified products, the inner audit, the system improvement and the quality prevention and control system. Lastly, this paper expounds the improving measures of establishing and ensuring of the effective operation for the total quality management organizations and the quality improvement activities of QC groups, and emphasizes the importance of the full participation and fully implementing of the "6s" management.After the study, we can indicate that, aiming to build the advantage in the fierce competition of the market, it is fatal for NJ garment processing enterprise to improve the quality of products and enhance the enterprise image and core competitiveness by constructing the suitable quality management system to control the production process.
