With the continuous advancement of the world economic globalization and the deepening and implementation of China's "One Belt And One Road" initiative,more and more Chinese enterprises,especially engineering construction enterprises,have begun to actively go abroad to participate in the international engineering contracting market and explore their own way of internationalization.At the moment,whether it is because the host country law,or because the needs of multinational companies themselves,such company for international business,realize the internationalization operation management of the main path,with no exception in the host country to set up their own branch,recruiting employees,international and independent or operates under the guidance of the parent company.How in a variety of international politics,culture,economy,society and nature under the complex factors such as knowledge,understanding and make good use of these differentiating factor,set up an effective performance appraisal system,help the overseas institutions and overseas staff to improve performance and help the company improve the performance and efficiency,to realize the objective of corporate strategy,fall to the ground,to promote the stable development of international human resource management must become one of the research important topic.First this paper embarks from the related research status and theoretical background,research the international performance management of the existing results,and then to C construction group of Thailand branch as the research object,using the method of questionnaire and quantitative analysis,to the situation of performance management system of Thailand branch was analyzed,and collect the relevant data and information,find the problems existing in the current performance management system and the insufficiency,the reason of insufficient analysis,in the end,based on the international background of the international project contracting industry and the characteristics of too much company,put forward the related countermeasure and the suggestion,made the relevant solutions.Through this research,the author analysis,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign scholars under the background of international performance management research results,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,the integrated use of a variety of theories and tools,contact C international engineering construction group of Thailand branch development phase and the actual situation,analyzes its performance management work,to deal with this kind of performance management of multinational company research has important practical reference value and guidance.
