Sustainable development is one of the essential characteristics of enterprise development,which requires enterprises to retain excellent talents.Therefore,it is very necessary to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in the operation activities of enterprises.There are various ways to mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees,both spiritual and material,whether spiritual or material,can reflect the enterprise to pay on,from this point,the enterprise salary management system optimization design to arouse the enthusiasm of employees,so as to promote the enterprise sustainable development is very important.This paper studies the optimization design of salary management system applicable to Y company.This paper first systematically expounds the background and research significance of the topic,introduces the basic ideas and research methods of this paper,and analyzes the current research situation of the concept of compensation,compensation correlation effect,compensation management,etc.,laying a foundation for the optimization design of the follow-up compensation management system.Then,from the performance,skills,position,broadband and other aspects of the compensation management system in detail,the relevant theories,points out the main principles of the compensation management system design,including the principle of fairness,the principle of recognition,the principle of incentive,the principle of balance and the principle of economy.Next,it analyzes the current situation of Y company's compensation management system,points out the four problems existing in Y company's compensation management system,discusses the necessity and feasibility of the optimization design of Y company's compensation management system,and develops the optimization design ideas and specific programs.Finally,the paper studies the management measures for the optimization of Y company's compensation management system,analyzes the compensation management system from the aspects of compensation budget and compensation cost control,and formulates the implementation measures for the optimization of the compensation management system from the aspects of performance,profit sharing,welfare treatment and internal compensation.Through the research in this paper,the status quo of salary management system of Y company is analyzed,and an optimal design scheme of salary management system suitable for Y company is developed,which can be used for reference by other relevant enterprises in improving salary management system.
