Research On Accelerating The Organic Link Between Small Farmers And Modern Agricultural Development In Taiqian County

Since the implementation of the basic rural management system,the small-scale farmer households with decentralized management have been accounted for a large proportion in China,which also affects the development process of modern agriculture.Realizing the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development is often mentioned and emphasized in our government documents and meetings in recent two years.It is undoubtedly of great significance for Taiqian County,where the level of modern agricultural development is not very high,to carry out selective surveys and carry out prospective research on this issue.On the basis of consulting relevant theories,this paper first defines and elaborates the ways and criteria of organic connection between small-scale farmers and modern agricultural development by using the methods of documentary analysis.Secondly,it analyses the current situation of the connection between small-scale farmers and modern agricultural development in Taiqian County,including the evolution of small-scale farmers into new agricultural management subjects,their own operating conditions,and mutual relations.In the process of organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development in Taiqian County,it is found that small farmers are difficult to evolve into the main body of new agricultural management,small farmers are difficult to actively develop modern agricultural production and management,small farmers are difficult to fully develop order agriculture,small farmers are difficult to accept new technologies and use new equipment,and small farmers are difficult to accept and realize.The main reasons for the problems are that small farmers are unwilling or incapable of transmutating into new agricultural management subjects,their own operating conditions are insufficient,and the enthusiasm of small farmers and enterprises to develop order agriculture is not high.Small farmers lack cognitive ability and limited funds,agricultural socialization service system is not perfect,the Internet information system is not perfect,small farmers own land or are unwilling to transfer land to the main body of new agricultural management.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,some suggestions are put forward,such as speeding up the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects,speeding up the cultivation of new professional farmers,raising the awareness of small farmers and improving the cooperative operation mechanism,intensifying publicity efforts and broadening the financing channels of small farmers,improving the agricultural socialization service system,improving the Internet information system,actively guiding and standardizing rural land circulation.By finding out the problems and causes and putting forward corresponding countermeasures,we hope to accelerate the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development in Taiqian County.The possible innovations of this paper are as follows: firstly,this paper defines the relevant concepts of "organic convergence between small farmers and modern agricultural development" and puts forward the methods and evaluation criteria of organic convergence between small farmers and modern agricultural development;secondly,this paper uses questionnaire survey and field survey to analyze the problems existing in the process of realizing organic convergence between small farmers and modern agricultural development in typical counties;The causes are analyzed systematically and concretely.
