Case Analysis Of Organic Connection Between Small Farmer And Modern Agriculture In Minle Village

In recent years,the No.1 Central Document explicitly pointed out that to achieve steady development of agriculture and rural areas,we must deepen structural reform of the supply side of agriculture,actively cultivate new agricultural management entities,and promote the organic convergence of small farmers and modern agriculture.To realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture can transform traditional agriculture,build a new socialist countryside,change the mode of agricultural growth,and increase farmers' income.This not only conforms to the objective trend of China's economic development but also conforms to the development law of the world's agriculture.It is an important measure to improve agricultural production and the only way to increase farmers' income.But how to connect small farmers with modern agriculture is an urgent problem.This paper takes Minle village,Ningjiang district,Songyuan City as the research object,focusing on the topic of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.Firstly,the paper clarifies the theoretical analysis framework of small farmers,modern agriculture and their organic connection.On this basis,it describes the current situation and benefits of the development of modern agricultural industry in Minle village,analyzes the organizational mode,operation mechanism and external guarantee of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,and answers the questions of “what to use” and “how to use” connect small farmers with modern agriculture.Finally,the paper discusses the obstacles of the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research,it is found that Minle village gives full play to its location and resource advantages,takes corn field planting and greenhouse vegetable production as the leading industry,adopts scientific planting,organizational production,and market-oriented operation,realizes the modernization of agricultural production,and significantly improves land productivity,labor productivity,and resource utilization.In the process of modern agricultural production,Minle village takes cooperatives as the core carrier,implements the land trusteeship mode of “cooperatives + farmers” for corn planting and the product transaction mode of “companies + cooperatives + farmers” for vegetable production,and through the product output transaction chain of “resource factor transaction chain” such as land and labor and “vegetable order sales”,as well as the interest connection,incentive constraint and Science and technology services and other mechanisms connect small farmers with farmers' cooperatives and other new business entities,to realize the organic connection with modern agriculture.Through investigation,it is found that there are still some obstacles to the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture in Minle village,such as certain risks in agricultural scale operation,the inadaptability of small farmers' quality to the requirements of cooperatives,the insufficiency of capital investment and the application of modern information technology,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of large-scale production of land,improve the level of agricultural socialized services,and improve the cooperation service level of the society and the professional ability of the workers,increase the investment in capital and information technology,and guide the diversification of industrial structure.
