The Research On Human Resource Mechanism Optimization In Project Management Of Industrial Park Is An Example Of The GS Industrial Park Project

With the opening up of China's reform and development,the traditional planned economy era has become the past,China's economic market is deepening,all walks of life are facing fierce competition in the market.With the entry of WTO,the international market has been brought into our country,and the Chinese enterprises are facing the competition of foreign enterprises.In the face of increasingly fierce domestic and international competition,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to survive and develop has become an urgent problem to be solved.Industrial clusters,can make similar enterprises to play a cluster efficiency,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness,so the construction of industrial parks in China more and more.But the industrial park construction and other construction projects has certain characteristics,large construction scale,sub divided into numerous construction projects,the high degree of complexity brings new challenges to the industrial park project management,human resource management is also true.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research of human resource mechanism in industrial park project management:Firstly,this paper combs the relevant theories of human resource management,makes clear the role of human resource management in the project management,and expounds the characteristics of human resource management in the industrial park.According to the GS Industrial Park project as an example,the author analyzes the mechanism of human resourcemanagement in the industrial park project,based on a thorough analysis of GS Industrial Park project human resource structure,the existing management model and its current situation,in-depth study of the mechanism of human resource management in the GS Industrial Park Project of the problems and causes,to find out the existing problems in the organizational structure,human resources,performance appraisal,salary incentive,team building and human resources development and training mechanism of human resource management in the GS Industrial Park project,hindered the industrial park projects carried out smoothly.Therefore,in view of the existing mechanism of human resource management in the GS industry problems in the project,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,in order to optimize the GS Industrial Park project human resource management mechanism for GS Industrial Park project construction escort.
