The Problem And Policy Research Of China's Financial Poverty Alleviation At The Present Stage

Poverty initially refers to the inability of materials to survive,such as food and clothing.Later it developed to include spiritual poverty.Poor people cannot be fully guaranteed in terms of health care,education,safety,housing,etc.China has a large population and large regional differences.Over the years,it has been committed to reducing the rural poor,safeguarding national unity and harmony,and achieving common prosperity has always been our socialist goal.As the world's second largest economy,in recent years,China's economic development level has been continuously improved.Since the reform and opening up,under the leadership of the party,the economic development has steadily increased and the situation is very good.In order to complete the goal of building a well-off society in 2020,we must solve the poverty problem that still exists.As a long-term and arduous task,poverty alleviation in Jilin Province is not a day's work.In-depth reform and poverty alleviation is of great significance.The key task of poverty alleviation in China is not only to solve the problem of food and clothing,but more importantly,to achieve long-term stability and poverty alleviation.The main focus is on improving the environment,improving social security,and improving income capacity.These are all places where fiscal policy can perform its functions and play its role.Fiscal policy can be said to be closely coordinated and supportive.This paper focuses on the impact of different fiscal expenditures in Jilin Province on the impact of poverty,and examines the effects of fiscal policy in Jilin Province—collecting corresponding panel data using a random effects model for empirical analysis.The first part sorts out and analyzes the theoretical knowledge related to financial poverty alleviation in Jilin Province according to the financial and macroeconomic levels,and examines the impact of fiscal policy on poverty alleviation and the effects it brings.The second part elaborates the current status of financial poverty alleviation policies in Jilin Province from the aspects of financial poverty alleviation funds,employment and the transformation of small and micro enterprises.The third part is based on the accumulation of the previous article,using the economic empirical method of measurement to scientifically demonstrate the role and impact of fiscal related expenditure on poverty-related indicators.Taking Jilin Province as an example,theoutput index is the calculated regional poverty rate,and the input index is the corresponding corresponding fiscal expenditure,so as to explore the trend relationship between the two,and further study with the research results of the existing literature.The data of the past five years was selected in order to examine the recent financial poverty alleviation.On the basis of the third part of the empirical evidence,the fourth part finds the relevant unsolved problems,mainly from the sources of funds,industrial development,stability of poverty alleviation and the whole process of supporting the whole process,and discusses Jilin Province around these aspects.The point of poverty alleviation is imperfect.Combine with domestic and foreign excellent successful learning cases,learn advanced experience in different regions,such as tourism development in Sichuan and system reform in Guangdong.The last part summarizes the existing research results and proposes pertinent suggestions.
