A Study On The Countermeasures Of Beautiful Countryside Construction In The A Village Of Beijing

The construction of "beautiful countryside" is an important project in China,and it is also the further development of the new rural construction under the background of "beautiful China".At present,Chinese provinces have issued guidance throughout the construction of the beautiful countryside,have achieved initial results,cannot a number of representative places emerged.At present,the beautiful rural construction in Beijing in the ecological livable,green villages and other aspects of the development is more prominent,the Government continued to increase investment in village infrastructure construction,strengthen the protection of the history of village culture,village organizations continue to improve the village’s environmental remediation Efforts to continuously improve the grassroots autonomy and so on.However,there are some problems such as excessive government leadership,passive implementation of village organizations,failure of members to play an exemplary role,lack of enthusiasm for villagers’ participation and limited social resources.The author participated in the whole process in the Beijing Shunyi District A village beautiful village,A village in 2015 to actively create,has not yet got the most beautiful village in Beijing.As the research object,using observation method,summarizes the problems and the difficulties of the A village in the progressed construction,the multi center governance theory and other advanced experiences,the paper analysis the role of the government,the grassroots organizations,the villagers and the businesses,can be provided these references for the construction of the beautiful countryside in Beijing city the similar areas,and for promoting the rural governance in China.
